As part of your new patient intake, you will be asked for your consent to receive email and text communications from us.  This constitutes your "Opt In" consent to receive these messages.  If you provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages, we will use that consent only to send the types of messages described when you enroll, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling communications, registration notifications, or other practice-related messages.
